Private Event
Private events are $200/hr with a minimum of $600 for a 3-hour reservation (which includes time for setup and breakdown at it’s conclusion). The retainer is a non-refundable amount equal to 50% of the total rental fee. The balance is due no later than one month before the start of your event.
